Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be inspected and processed. After the inspection has been completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund.

Please note:

• Returned items must be complete, clean, and in returnable condition
• Used, damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible for a full refund
• If products show signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to apply a partial refund or reject the refund request entirely
• All returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy

Refunds for returns are only processed after the goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

Refund Processing Time for Returns

• PayPal refunds are usually processed instantly after approval
• Credit card and other payment provider refunds may take several business days and are outside of our direct control

The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds for Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped and the cancellation request was successful, the refund will be initiated immediately.

• Credit card and bank refunds may require several business days depending on your bank or payment provider
