What warranty do you offer?Updated 2 months ago

We want every customer to receive products in proper working condition. If your product arrives defective or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

FPV drones and electronics are high-performance technical products. They can be damaged by crashes, incorrect setup, wrong wiring, firmware changes, signal loss, improper batteries, moisture, or operation outside the product specifications. Such damage is generally not covered by warranty.

What may be covered

Warranty may apply if the issue is caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect, for example:

  • Product defective on arrival
  • Factory assembly issue
  • Hardware failure not caused by external damage, misuse, or modification
  • Missing or incorrect parts from the original delivery

Each case must be inspected individually.

What is not covered

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Crashes, impacts, or hard landings
  • Signal loss, failsafe events, or loss of control during flight
  • Incorrect setup, configuration, tuning, or firmware flashing
  • Incorrect wiring, soldering damage, short circuits, or reverse polarity
  • Use of unsuitable batteries, chargers, antennas, propellers, or third-party accessories
  • Operation outside product specifications
  • Water, moisture, dirt, dust, or overheating
  • Propeller strikes, blocked motors, or mechanical overload
  • Modifications, disassembly, or user repairs
  • Normal wear and tear

FPV products must be used carefully and within their technical limits. Damage caused during use, testing, installation, or flight is not automatically considered a warranty case.

Inspection required

Before we can approve a warranty claim, the product may need to be returned to our warehouse for inspection.

If no manufacturing defect can be confirmed, or if the product shows signs of crash damage, misuse, modification, or operation outside specifications, the warranty claim may be rejected.
