My drone crashed - is this covered under warranty?Updated 2 months ago

In most cases, crash damage and damage caused during flight are not covered under warranty.

FPV drones are high-performance products that require proper setup, maintenance, configuration, and operation. Flying FPV drones involves inherent risks, including crashes, signal loss, failsafe events, pilot error, environmental interference, and hardware damage during operation.

What is generally not covered

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Crashes or impacts
  • Hard landings
  • Pilot error
  • Signal loss or failsafe events

  • Wrong PID tuning or filter settings
  • Improper installation or assembly
  • Propeller strikes or blocked motors
  • Water, dirt, sand, or moisture exposure
  • Operation outside recommended specifications
  • Use of incompatible batteries or accessories

Damage that occurs during normal use, testing, tuning, or flight is generally considered operational risk and not a manufacturing defect.
