If you would like to request a return, please log in to your iFlight Europe account here:

After logging in, you can:

• View your orders
• Open a return request
• Track your return status

Returns are accepted for eligible products within 14 days after delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original condition. Opened, used, or damaged products may not be eligible for return.

Please make sure to include:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive further return instructions by email.
